Polylite PC PBT
Polymaker PC-PBT is a PC/PBT polymer blend that offers good heat resistance and toughness at low temperature (-20 ̊C/-30 ̊C). PolymakerTM PC-PBT also features good chemical resistance.

RECOMMENDED SETTINGS
Nozzle Temperature: 260 ̊C – 280 ̊C
Printing Speed: 30 – 50mm/s
Bed Temperature: 100 ̊C – 115 ̊C
Chamber Temperature: 100 ̊C – 110 ̊C
Bed Surface: almost any surface with a thin coat of PVA glue or MAGIGOO PC
Cooling Fan: OFF

Young’s Modulus: 1986 ± 85 (MPa)
Tensile Strength: 41.8 ± 0.9 (MPa)
Bending Strength: 64.4 ± 0.3 (MPa)
Charpy Impact Strength: 21.4 ± 3 (kJ/m2)
THERMAL PROPERTIES
Glass Transition Temperature: 140 ̊C
Vicat Softening Temperature: 139 ̊C
Melting Temperature: 223 ̊C
NOTES
Drying Settings: 75 ̊C for 6h
Recommended Support Materials: PolyDissolveTM S2 (coming soon)

When printing with PolymakerTM PC-PBT it is recommended to use a heated chamber.
It is recommended to anneal the printed part right after the printing process to release the residual internal stress when not using a heated chamber.
Annealing settings: 90 ̊C for 2h
